Our Location
We offer both in-person counseling at our Garner, NC office and online therapy in North Carolina as well as for global workers in various locations around the world.
In-person counseling at our Garner, NC location: For in-person counseling, we are located only a 7-minute drive from downtown Garner. Nearby you’ll find that our office is only a 10-minute drive from White Oak Crossing and close to Lake Benson, Lake Wheeler, and the Historic Yates Mill County Park. We are also only a short drive from downtown Raleigh, NC, close to the universities of North Carolina State University, Shaw University, and Meredith College. Our therapy office is near Wake Tech Community Center-Southern Wake campus, too, and a short distance from Garner Magnet High School. We are within driving distance of Clayton, NC; Fuquay-Varina, NC; Cary, NC; and Apex, NC.Directions from downtown Raleigh/NC State/Meredith College/Shaw University:
Head south on Capital Blvd (Hwy 70/Hwy 401) and continue on South Saunders St, which becomes South Wilmington Street (Hwy 70). When you come to the split of Hwy 70 and Hwy 401, keep left onto Hwy 70 East going towards Hwy 50 South/Garner/Smithfield. Keep left on Hwy 70. Turn right on Timber Dr., right before the Chick-fil-A. When you turn right, the shopping center with Target, Home Depot, and PetSmart will be on your left. Keep driving past Garner Magnet High School. Just before you arrive at the intersection of Timber Dr and Woodland Rd, turn right just after you pass Arthur Family Dentistry. The office will be on your right approximately a mile away, located in the same two-story, brick building as the Jersey Mike’s Subs, Bower’s Optometry, and State Farm.
Directions from White Oak/Clayton, NC/Hwy 40:
Take the ramp onto Hwy 70 East. As you approach Timber Drive, there will be a Chick-fil-A on your left. You will turn left onto Timber Drive. The shopping center with Target, Home Depot, and PetSmart will be on your left. Keep driving past Garner Magnet High School. Continue on Timber Drive for approximately a mile. Just before you arrive at the intersection of Timber Dr and Woodland Rd, turn right just after you pass Arthur Family Dentistry. The office will be on your right, located in a two-story, brick building as Jersey Mike’s Subs, Bower’s Optometry, and State Farm.
Directions from Fuquay-Varina, NC:
Take US-401 N/Fayetteville Road, keeping right when it branches off to continue on US-401 N. Just after you pass Wake Christian Academy, at the intersection with the 76 gas station, turn right onto Legend Rd. Continue to the stop sign, where you’ll only be able to turn right or left. Turn right onto Old Stage Rd. Turn left on Woodland Rd. Continue until Oakwater Dr., then turn left at the Timber-Woodland Center sign, just before you reach the intersection of Timber Dr and Woodland Rd. You’ll drive behind the building, and make a quick right towards Timber Drive. Make a quick left to park in front of the two-story, brick office building on your left.
When Your Arrive:
When you arrive at our in-person counseling office, park in the parking lot in front of the building. You will see a glass door with the numbers 2335-101 over the door. This door will be in between a brown door and Level’s Hair Design. Enter into this door. Directly on your right, you’ll see the stairs, or further in this lobby area, you’ll see the elevator on your left. Take either to the second floor. Once you arrive on the second floor, you’ll arrive in a lobby area. Take the doorway to the right and turn to the left. You’ll take this hallway, passing the water fountain and women’s restroom. At the end of the hall, take a right all the way down to the end of the hall and make another right. You’ll find our in-person counseling office on the left. Please take a seat in one of the chairs in the hallway, and text your counselor to confirm your arrival. We can’t wait to see you soon!
